SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping – Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at market@lqtofficial.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
